Enter any NJ property block and lot. TitleQuiet pulls from four independent data layers simultaneously — tax assessment records across all 21 counties, ATTOM property database, county clerk OPRS deed indexes, and AI document analysis.

7 counties get full deed-index coverage (OPRS). All 21 get tax assessment + ATTOM enrichment. Results merged and deduplicated in seconds.

Diagnose

A rule engine applies 15 NJ-specific legal rules to assemble the chain of title and flag every cloud. Then an AI pass (Claude) reclassifies ambiguous documents, generates a plain-English summary, and catches nuanced issues the rules can't.
