Structured case intake

Every referral arrives with a complete TitleQuiet diagnostic report. You know the cloud types, severity scores, source documents, and client situation before the first conversation. No cold intake interviews.

Flat lead fee — no percentage, no commission

Accept a case for a flat $75 lead fee ($40 for Attorney Pro subscribers). You set your own rates directly with the client. No percentage of your fee, no payment pass-through, no billing intermediary.

Matched to your practice area

TitleQuiet's matching engine routes cases based on cloud type and county. If you specialize in federal tax liens in Bergen County, you only receive those cases — not general quiet title inquiries from counties you don't serve.

No marketing overhead

TitleQuiet handles all client acquisition, education, and intake. You receive a fully qualified lead with complete diagnostic documentation. No ad spend required.

The Workflow

From diagnostic to engagement in five steps

Client runs a TitleQuiet diagnostic

The client searches their property and receives a full title diagnostic with cloud type classification, severity scores, and a recommendation to seek quiet title counsel.

Case is matched to your profile

Based on cloud type, county, and your availability, the TitleQuiet engine presents your profile to the client. The client submits a case request with their narrative and contact details.

You review the case brief — accept or decline

You receive the full diagnostic report, chain of title, cloud details, and client narrative. You have 72 hours to accept or decline. If you accept, a flat lead fee is charged to your account. If you decline, there is no charge.

You contact the client directly

After acceptance, you receive the client’s contact information and reach out to establish your own engagement agreement and fee arrangement. All legal fees are between you and the client — TitleQuiet does not process or hold client payments.

Track progress on the platform

Use the TitleQuiet case dashboard to update case milestones, communicate with the client via secure messaging, and generate legal documents (draft complaints, proposed orders). Clients see real-time status updates — keeping them informed without extra emails from you.

Economics

You set your own flat rate.

No listing fee and no subscription required to appear in the network. When you accept a case referral, you pay a flat lead fee — not a percentage of your legal fee. All client payments go directly to you. The lead fee covers diagnostic delivery, client acquisition, case software, and secure communication tools. This is structured as a business-to-business payment for non-legal services per our Attorney Network Terms (NJ RPC 5.4 compliant). No charge for declined or expired referrals.

Requirements

Who qualifies to join

TitleQuiet maintains a curated network of verified practitioners. All requirements must be met and verified before cases are routed to your profile.

  • Active NJ Bar license in good standing
  • Minimum 2 years of NJ real estate or title litigation experience
  • Current malpractice insurance (minimum $500,000 per occurrence)
  • Certificate of Good Standing from NJ Supreme Court
  • Agreement to TitleQuiet Attorney Network Terms
  • Completion of platform onboarding (approx. 45 minutes)

Performance Standards

Active partners are evaluated quarterly. Partners falling below threshold are suspended pending review.
